David Henry

David is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has been advising on capital allowances on commercial properties since 2001. Before founding Real Property Tax Group with Sunil and Michael, David managed his own consultancy, Henry Consulting, between 2011 and 2025, following more than ten years at a prominent national capital allowances firm.

His expertise covers a wide range of sectors, including commercial offices, retail, industrial and distribution, food and drink manufacturing, healthcare, renewable energy, agriculture, hotels, pubs, nightclubs, and restaurants.

Outside his professional life, David enjoys hill walking and snowboarding, and he is passionate about cars and motorsport.
