Sunil Sharma

Sunil is an experienced professional in the field of capital allowances, with approximately 25 years of expertise.

Prior to Real Property Tax Group, Sunil was the Head of capital allowances for a large accountancy firm since October 2010 and has also served as a Director with a national property consultancy and a Senior Manager with a "Big Four" accountancy firm, providing him with a comprehensive and varied background in the industry.

Academically and professionally accomplished, Sunil is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has earned an MBA from Henley Management College.
He manages a diverse client portfolio, serving large investors, developers, and private property investors, as well as owner/operators in the Retail, Healthcare, and Leisure sectors. Many of his clients are accountancy firms looking for specialist surveying input.

His extensive project experience includes:

• £500 million development of a distribution centre.
• £85 million hotel refurbishment in Central London.
• £4 million laboratory fit-out in the West of Scotland.
• £15 million wind turbines project in Northern Ireland.
• £8 million AD Plant project on the Isle of Wight.

Outside work Sunil coaches a youth football team and enjoys hill walking.
